Nov. 13, 1921.
I very nearly had the croup last night.
I have not missed a day of school
Mamma and Ruth had a quarrel. I am a regular artists now, & painted a beautiful picture. I got my idea from the chalks talker that spoke Nov. 7. (second number of lecture course.) You ought to see it. The title is "A Moon-light Ride on the Mississippi After Night." Mamma and I had a squabble this evening and of course Lloyd and Warren had to pitch in and spoil it all.
The weather has been something terrible. It "snuw" hard for two days and then thawed and then froze again.
Some of this was written by Ruth.
